AFCC Guidelines for Court-Involved Therapy: Review and Comment

Dr. Sullivan has co-chaired a task force commissioned by the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts to develop practice guidelines for Court-Involved therapy. The 10 member, multi-disciplinary (judges, attorneys, mental health profesisonals) across the United States and Canada, has completed it’s 2-year project and is putting a 30-page set of guidelines out for comment.

Parenting Coordination Continuing Education Workshop at APA’s annual convention on August 5, 2009 in Toronto

The sign up for a full day continuing education workshop on Parenting Coordination, at the APA annual convention in August in Toronto, begins today, April 15th. Go the the APA website to the convention site and to the CE link and you can enroll. Several experts in this area will be joining Dr. Sullivan in presenting that workshop, including Dr. Robin Deutsch, Dr. Joan Kelly, Dr. Debra Carter, Dr. Barbara Fidler (from Toronto) and the group working within the American Psychological Association on the development of PC projects and training. A great training opportunity (and you receive CE credits).
