Dr. Sullivan will present on interviewing children in the morning of an all-day minor’s counsel training in Sacramento on October 21, 2011. This training is a response to the new California legislation mandating children’s input be solicited (if over 14) and considered in all family Court processes.

The attached brief by California legal scholar, Leslie Shear, is provided as a “neutral” educative brief in the California Supreme Court Case about Dr. Randy Rand and his conduct in a case where he was the Special Master (Parenting Coordinator).
