Dr. Sullivan will join Drs. Joan Kelly and Robin Deutsch in proving a full day advanced training for Parenting Coordinators. This training will take place as part of the American Psychological Association annual Convention in San Diego, California on August 11, 2010. It is a preconference workshop and provides 6 hours of continuing education for psychologists. There will be a cocktail reception after the day, sponsored by local San Diego organizations.

Join the Califormia chapter for it’s annual conference of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts in Santa Monica. There are institutes, workshops and plenary sessions on timely topics in family law for evaluators, parenting coordinators and therapists who work in the family court system. Come to Reno for the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts regional training conference! This conference has five “tracks” of specialized presentations and trainings – custody evaluators, judges, parenting coordinators, lawyers and Mediators.

Dr. Sullivan will be doing two workshops, one entitled “parenting coordination in cysberspace” and the other on court-involved therapy, presented with Lyn Greenberg and The honorable Linda Fidnick who are all on an AFCC task force developing guidelines for Court-involved therapy.

Several experts in this area will be joining Dr. Sullivan in presenting that workshop, including Dr. Robin Deutsch, Dr. Joan Kelly, Dr. Debra Carter, Dr. Barbara Fidler (from Toronto) and the group working within the American Psychological Association on the development of PC projects and training.
